Cancellation Policy

NOIR MOBILE BAR TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking & Reservations • A signed agreement and retainer are required to secure your event date. • Final guest count and event details must be confirmed no later than 14 days before the event. • Client is responsible for obtaining any venue approvals required for service. • Client is responsible for alcohol purchases unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Payment Policy • A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. • Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. • Additional service hours, staffing, or agreed-upon upgrades will be invoiced separately. Cancellation & Rescheduling • The retainer is non-refundable. • Cancellations made within 30 days of the event will forfeit all payments made. • One event date change may be accommodated based on availability and must be requested in writing. Weather Policy • Outdoor events require a safe and covered service area in the event of rain or severe weather. • Noir Mobile Bar reserves the right to pause or discontinue service if conditions become unsafe for staff or guests. Client Responsibilities • Client is responsible for providing a safe service area and venue access. • Access to water and electricity may be required depending on selected services. • All guests consuming alcohol must be of legal drinking age and possess valid identification. Alcohol Service Policy • Noir Mobile Bar complies with all local, state, and federal alcohol regulations. • Service may be refused to any guest who appears intoxicated or cannot provide valid identification. • Noir Mobile Bar reserves the right to end alcohol service if guest safety becomes a concern. By booking with Noir Mobile Bar, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
